The Power of Allowing in Coaching
Hey there, fellow dreamers and seekers of freedom!
Today, I want to share a song (see video below) with you that perfectly captures the essence of coaching and the journey towards self-discovery and empowerment. It's called "Allowing" by Alexia Chellun and it beautifully expresses the transformative power of embracing ourselves fully and setting ourselves free.
The lyrics go like this:
"I'm allowing
Me to be me
I'm allowing
Me to be free"
These simple lines hold so much wisdom. They remind us of the importance of accepting and embracing who we truly are, without any masks or pretenses. It's about giving ourselves permission to shine authentically, to let our true selves radiate with all our unique qualities, quirks, and brilliance.
"I'm allowing my power
I'm allowing well-being
I'm allowing my path to light up before me
I'm allowing, everything to just be as it comes to me"
These lines speak to the incredible power we hold within ourselves. By allowing our power to flow freely, we tap into our true potential and embrace a sense of well-being. We trust that our path will unfold naturally, illuminating our way as we move forward. It's about surrendering to the flow of life, letting go of control, and being open to receiving whatever comes our way.
"I'm allowing my worth
I'm allowing my brilliance
I'm allowing my path
To unfold now before me
I'm allowing, everything to just be as it comes to me"
These words remind us of our inherent worthiness and brilliance. By allowing ourselves to fully recognize and appreciate our value, we step into our greatness. We trust that our path is unfolding perfectly, guided by our inner wisdom and intuition. It's about releasing resistance and embracing the beauty of the present moment, knowing that everything is unfolding in divine timing.
The chorus repeats the affirmations of self-acceptance and freedom:
"I'm allowing
Me to be me
I'm allowing
Me to be free"
It's a reminder to always give ourselves permission to be our authentic selves, unapologetically and without limitations. It's an invitation to break free from the constraints that society, others, or even our own inner critic may place upon us. It's about embracing our unique voice, dreams, and desires, and living our lives on our own terms.
So, my friends, as you journey through life and seek growth and fulfillment, remember the power of allowing. Allow yourself to be you, to shine brightly, and to embrace the freedom that comes with self-acceptance. Embrace your worth, your brilliance, and your unique path. And most importantly, allow yourself to be free.
To be you.
To be me.
With love and freedom,
Judi
