About the event
Dear Sisters,
We will sit at 10:00am. Please arrive 15 minutes before to settle in. Take a moment to centre before entering as we will be already holding gentle space.
If it feels right, please bring a quote, short text, or short song which represents what is alive in you now.
It is recommended that you bring a scarf or shawl which is dedicated to this practice. Cushions are available but feel free to bring your favourite one.
